The Kaduro Low GTX goes that extra mile, both in terms of time and distance. HANWAG developed this low cut to make a lightweight, well-cushioned and hard-wearing hiking shoe with superior energy return. Whatever the distance, it realistically meets hikers’ demands. Its innovative midsole technology – the HANWAG Bead Technology - combines the best properties of PU - stability, cushioning and durability - with eTPU’s light weight, comfort and energy return capability. Together with BASF HANWAG developed an innovative midsole technology – underpinned by extensive material tests – which is unique in the outdoor footwear sector. The sole absorbs the energy when feet contact the ground and returns it afterwards. The softer midsole is also more comfortable while walking. The shoe is crafted to a high standard using meticulous handwork. If it ever gets damaged, it can be repaired and the soles can be replaced.
